I'm going to try to do something that I haven't done before... I'm going to watch 2 hours of TV. The first hour will be One Tree Hill, and the second hour will be the season premiere of Lost that I've recorded during One Tree Hill.
While watching said shows, I will be logging down my thoughts during these shows onto the blog, free-writing if you will. Perhaps even a little bit of old-fashioned ranting. Ready? Let's go!
Why does the food on those Chili's commercials look so damned good? No, seriously, you don't understand. I'm sitting here. I just ate some spaghetti, which is always good. But then I see this commercial with these swirling, spinning, psychodelically-multiplying chicken wings and hamburgers and dipping sauces. But see, it's when you actually eat the food that overwhelmingly underwhelms you
"Sometimes I wish I had a regular job. And then I remember that I actually do have a regular job." -- I wrote that down on a piece of paper about a year ago at home. I found it unpacking a box from my desk stuff. I've been laughing since finding it a few moments ago.
On that note, work is going absolutely awesome. We're doing so much lately that I don't know where to start. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are some frustrating things, but what's work without a little frustration? Wouldn't that make it challenging? Wouldn't that make it interesting? What's work without a little challenge and interest?
We're getting noticed by a lot of people out there. Our company and our projects appear in blogs every day, and we're all very excited to see each post. I've set up a bunch of Technorati watches so I can stay on top of it. For now, the readership on my blog is about twice as much as our company blog, AgencyNet Live. Why don't you guys subscribe to that blog as well?
Is it me, or is Subway's Jared actually gaining weight? I swear, mascot man is starting to get a little gut there. Either that or his shirt is way too tight for him. Subway must have changed the formula there otherwise this shouldn't happen.
If a sequel is made of a prequel, does that make it a se-prequel or a pre-sequel?
Many of my friends are busy having babies. Beautiful babies at that, but babies none the less.
I'm really quite impressed with The CW's onscreen graphics. Not only are they clean and bright, but they actually work for the look and feel of the network and its shows. On the other hand, NBC still has some working out to do.
It's just occured to me that I'm doing more thinking than watching.
Boy has One Tree Hill grown up. It's more like some type of serial than a drama. There's so much to the story now that if you miss an episode or two, you'd be lost.
What is with that picture of Chris Carrabba on the new Dashboard album? He looks like he just passed gas and was caught on camera. On second thought, that's exactly what happened.
Time for some Lost. Let's see how many other questions will pop up. Like who is this blonde woman?
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat????
I think Casino Royale looks absolutely amazing. Daniel Craig may just prove all the doubters wrong, very easily in fact.
The commercial with the monkey and the guy in the bathroom at the urinals with the monkey/boss doing the man's evaluation and giving him a pay reduction as "good news" is awesome. Seriously, I could watch that three times.
Next up on the commercial block is the Expoplis co-directed commercial for the new iPod Nano. Thank God, they've moved from idiots dancing like -- idiots -- to people just jamming to the music with a cool simulated shutter effect with the lights and colors. Very good job! Hopefully the future commercials take this
The song in the scene with Jack in the car was used in an episode of Carnivale. I believe it's from the national archives.
Looks like there are a few Saw-style puzzles in this episode of Lost. Interesting.
I like my neighbors quite a bit. My age, down to earth, ultra cute dog. We went to Applebees on Monday night, I cooked them dinner a few weeks back. One of them helped me paint the kitchen. Did I say they have a cute dog? I'm growing on him, he was scared of me at first, now he likes me more and more each time I see him.
My mom is starting those random calls where nobody really talks and you just say "sooo" a bunch of times. It's expected, but something we'll have to do. I miss her and she misses me.
I really do need to take pictures.
Jack, just sit against the wall and let her put the food in.
I'm judging some sites right now. Man, some of these are horrible.
YooHoo is one of my favorite drinks. Especially when relaxing on my couch and listening to music. In this case, TV will do nicely.
I've just realized that I've watched every commercial since the start of this little experiment. Even with having both recorded. I can't explain why I haven't skipped them. It wasn't because I was typing this blog, because despite rumors, I can do two things at once.
Ok, so Lost is over, and indeed there are more questions.
This ends this experiement. What do you think?

hahahahah!!! That was brilliant... I feel like I know what it's like being in your head for two hours.
Dude, have you given up on blogging playlists?
